The menu at Aubergine reflects the experience of Chef Ben Willis with strong French and European overtones as he draws from his international experience at Michelin-starred restaurants. Ben relies heavily on seasonal produce and his food reflects Canberra’s distinct seasons resulting in a regularly changing and contemporary menu.
Our front of house team is professional, attentive and well-informed to ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Guests are offered a choice of either a 2 course ($62) or a 3 course ($75) prix fixe menu. On Friday and Saturday only a 3 course ($75) is available.
